We are pleased to provide you with the below provisional timetable. More detailed information regarding the content of each panel will be provided on this webpage shortly.

For this special General Assembly -which will be the first one held in the African continent-CMOs and IPOs of 12 selected African countries have been convened (from Angola, Cape Verde, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Kenya, Madagascar, Namibia, Nigeria, Senegal, Tanzania, Uganda and Rwanda). They will join the SCAPR community during the first part of the GA (presentation of the African Markets Study & Panels) and will then take part in the side events organized by WIPO on Wednesday morning and afternoon. This will represent a fantastic opportunity to carry out quality networking activities for the whole SCAPR community and the African guests.

With the exception of the Welcome Reception and the Gala Dinner, the 2024 SCAPR General Assembly and the WIPO side workshops will be held at the Johannesburg Marriott Hotel Melrose Arch, located at 42 The High St, Melrose, Johannesburg, 2076, South Africa.
