The 2024 SCAPR General Assembly and all its side meetings and activities will be held at the Johannesburg Marriott Hotel Melrose Arch, located at 42 The High St, Melrose, Johannesburg, 2076, South Africa.
Delegates are able to book a Standard Double room at the Johannesburg Marriott Hotel Melrose Arch at a fixed discounted rate of ZAR 2 795.00 (VAT inclusive) per person per night. Breakfast comes standard.
The applicable discounted dates are 28, 29, 30 and 31 May 2024 (4 nights). To reserve your room, please use the special registration link included in the invitation email. Kindly ensure that all room bookings using the link have been done by Saturday, 30 March 2024 to qualify for the discounted rate. From 31 March until 14 April, upon availability, delegates will still be able to make use of the preferential rate but will have to carry out the reservation via email (contact Secretariat for additional information).
Beyond 14 April 2024, rooms can be booked at the normal rate of ZAR 4 719.00 per person per night.
